Financial Information and Transparency

The Comptroller of Public Accounts launched the Texas Comptroller Leadership Circle program in 2009 to recognize the efforts of local governments across Texas striving to meet a high standard for financial transparency online. The program requirements include posting of budget information, check registers and annual financial reports. The Gold Leadership Circle award designation is valid for one year until June 25, 2013.
