C1 Entry Station & C1 Bobtails

The Customer Service Bobtail Lane prints empties out, import loads out, redeliver exports, and chassis in and out, for all of the above steamship lines. Customer service can process bobtails for all lines that call at BCT.

If you are delivering a load for one of the above lines and picking up for a line that does not go through C1, you can still get BOTH INTERCHANGES FROM C1.

Example:
Export load in AMR / Import load out POC – Both Interchanges can be printed at C1. The import load out will FINALIZE and EXIT through C4.

C1 REJECTS (except for OVERWEIGHTS and REEFERS) go to customer service.
