Important tariff
changes affecting users of Port of Houston Authority
facilities took effect on April 1, 2006.
These changes were the result
of Port Commission action on January 23, 2005. The Port
Commission approved changes to Port Authority Tariffs
Nos. 8 and 14, which among other things now provide
the following for Port Authority facility Users:
With respect to any User that
has an amount outstanding or unpaid invoices outstanding
for more than 90 days past date of presentation or invoice,
the Port Authority may post that User’s deferred
payment position on its website. Such postings shall
be made monthly.
To see the payment status of
each such user as currently posted on the Port Authority
website, in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), please

Once payment is received, the
Tariffs provide for the following:
The posting shall be deleted
at the Port Authority’s next scheduled website
posting, provided that User’s balances 90 days
past due have been paid by the end of the month in which
the delinquent amount is currently posted.
