The Port of Houston Authority has made its terminal
tariffs available in Adobe Portable Document Format
(PDF)*. Click on the tariff numbers below for access
to the current tariffs, effective January 1, 2010.

Additional Rates, Rules and Regulations Governing
the Bayport Container Terminal.
Previously published tariffs will be retained
for a period of five years in accordance with FMC regulations,
and will be made available upon request. Please email
your request, the tariff number and the effective dates
